He did an excellent job of painting the walls and woodwork of both rooms, plus the ceiling and elaborate cornicing in our living room. He retiled the bedroom fireplace beautifully. He also did a couple of other jobs, like putting up a cabinet and shelves. Painting, tiling and the other jobs Igor did for us were all perfect - done to a very high standard. He also laid a new oak floor in the same bedroom. We were absolutely delighted with the end result. His work is one of a perfectionist and it is rare to find a craftsman who cares so much about his work and is at the same time very fair with his quotes. Instead of ignoring them because they weren't on the original list, he would ask if he should repair/fix/fill etc. Igor's attention to detail, and care about the quality of his work meant that everything was properly finished and done to a very high standard. We would definitely recommend Igor; he is careful and professional, and the flat looks gorgeous. The ceiling and wooden-clad walls were stripped right back to brick and studs and then beautifully plastered/painted, redundant pipes from about 1900 were carefully removed to allow the basin to be repositioned, and the plumbing was all renewed tidily and thoroughly tested to ensure there were no leaks. Igor was very careful to be considerate and clean - he kept disruption to a minimum. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and we are absolutely delighted with the rather elegant result.
