Job Description of Jane`s bathroom
- remove existing tiles, ceiling and bathroom furniture
- remove and install new stud wall for new door position and hang new door
- lay plywood floor and make level
- install basin taps and install basin unit and re-pipe basin and waste in new position
- cut back pipe work and install close coupled/back to wall toilet in new position
- re-pipe for thermostatic shower valves and shower head
- install shower tray frame and tray and re-pipe waste in new position
- install new plasterboard ceiling and fit 3/4 downlighterstall stud wall
- box in pipes to basin
- remove old and reside and re-pipe new radiator
- tile floor and wall area
- plaster wall / ceiling as required
- install shower head and concealed thermostatic shower valves
- install shower screen
