- Lay plywood floor and make level
- Fit new plasterboards on walls and plaster walls as required
- Re-pipe and fit waste in new position and install bath taps and install bath
- Re-pipe and fit waste for basin in new position and install basin taps and install basin
- Re-pipe and install toilet in new position
- Re-pipe and install new thermostatic shower tap
- Remove old and reside and re-pipe for new radiator
- Tile floor and wall area
- Install shower screen
